Terms of Services
1. PARTIES. Xyvielle_Arts , of legal age, hereinafter referred to as the SERVICE PROVIDER and (name of client), hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT.2. OBLIGATION OF CLIENT. The CLIENT shall pay 50% of the agreed upon price upfront (down payment), and 50% after delivery of the product by the SERVICE PROVIDER. In no case shall the agreed upon price be less than $50 USD.3. OBLIGATIONS OF SERVICE PROVIDER.
3.1. The SERVICE PROVIDER agrees to begin with the work upon receipt of the 50% down payment from the CLIENT.
3.2. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall give continuous reports to the CLIENT until after completion of the task.
3.3. The SERVICE PROVIDER shall deliver the said product upon its completion to the CLIENT before receiving the remaining balance.4. RIGHTS OF PARTIES.
4.1. The SERVICE PROVIDER reserves the right to refuse completion of the work should the CLIENT make unreasonable and/or demeaning demands.
4.2. The SERVICE PROVIDER does not authorize the art/designs to be used for Advertisements, NFT or any form of cryptocurrency and AI art.
4.3. Do not claim credits for the commissioned work. The SERVICE PROVIDER retain full rights over any project that is created, and may display it in their portfolio & social media.
4.4. The CLIENT may repost/share commissioned work on social media under the condition that they give proper credits and link back to one of the socials of the SERVICE PROVIDER.
4.5. The CLIENT does not have the right alter the received artwork without first discussing it with The SERVICE PROVIDER. Creating icons, adding filters, etc. are fine.
4.6. In the case The CLIENT wishes to resell the Live2D model, please notify the SERVICE PROVIER first and don't price it for more than what it was paid for.
4.7. The CLIENT reserves the right to make requests for reports from the SERVICE PROVIDER. Provided: reports shall only be made within reasonable hours and may not be done immediately upon request.
4.8. The CLIENT reserves the right to discontinue this contract. Provided: the down payment shall be forfeited in favor the SERVICE PROVIDER, Provided further: exercise of this right must be done before completion by the SERVICE PROVIDER of the task.5. FORCE MAJEURE. Typhoons, earthquakes, fire, inundation, or other calamities that will make completion of the task on time improbable on the part of the SERVICE PROVIDER shall excuse the latter from complying and no right to claim performance or damages shall accrue in favor of the CLIENT.6. REFUND. In no case shall there be a refund of the down payment made by the CLIENT, even if the reason thereof be attributable to force majeure.7. ACTIONS ARISING FROM CONTRACT.
7.1. All actions arising from the interpretation and enforcement of this contract shall be enforced in accordance with Philippine laws.
7.2. The venue for actions arising from the interpretation and enforcement of this contract shall be in the Philippines, Pasig, and no other place.
7.3. The rules of procedure to be followed shall be that of the Philippines.

• Note that the pricing of the semi complex rigging varies depending on the chosen complex rigging features and that the pricing of this tier of rigging are estimated.• You can update your rig to semi-complex or complex at any time. To upgrade to semi-complex from budget is $180 and from that to complex is $180. From semi complex to complex would be $200.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a rush fee?
No I do not, I prioritize quality in my works and rushing it would make it look like it is poorly rigged form what is promised.
What's your TAT (Turn Around Time)?
Depending on the complexity of the model it can go from 2 weeks to 4 months. The time window will start from the moment I begin working on the model, but please be aware that the numbers above are an estimation. If I fail to deliver due to circumstances and disturb the workflow, the client will be given video evidence or notified about the progress.
Can I add upgrades to my model?
DEFINITELY! The prices of the add-ons and upgrades are listed in the commission section.
